I called Rob and he actually answered the phone. I was so relieved to actually speak to a contractor after leaving numerous messages with other companies who never bothered to return a call; or worse yet, took the information and never called back with a quote or timeline. Rob was fantastic! He went to look at the house on a Sunday and called me with some questions as to what we wanted and how extensive we wanted to be; ie - repair or replace. He gave me a quote and when the work was complete, he wouldn't accept payment until I inspected the work. The work Rob did was unbelievable. You couldn't tell there was ever a repair. The woodwork and paint matched perfectly to the existing overhang. (This job was done on a home that is over 120 years old.) I can't recommend Rob highly enough. I was embarassed to pay him the small amount he billed. I do not know how he did the work for the price he charged. If you are looking for an honest, professional and reliable contractor; stop your search and call Rob!

Overall it was a great experience. Everything turned out perfectly, and my kitchen looks amazing!!!
