After closing on the house and moving in, the sunroom roof developed a profound leak (this was less than a week after moving in) I had a friend who is a roofer come and estimate the repairs and found that I needed a new roof. The inspector had said I had a couple of years left (and I understand that it is difficult to estimate this with any degree of accuracy). I tried to contact him to file a claim and was rebuked by his lawyer within a day.
I personally and professionally found this to be a bad way to practice. He also missed a number of other things in his inspection.
I would not use him for any reason whatsoever.
