I had him quote work needed on a house I have listed (I am a real estate broker) and he went out of his way to take pictures, print them out on his printer, and mail them to me with his quote. Unfortunately I was not able to hire him due to unforseen circumstances, but I would definitely contact him in the future for my remodeling needs as well as refer him to others.

 + 2 moreEstimate was good, communication great. Prompt, tidy, dependable, craftsmanship excellent. Open to my ideas. Good at dealing with unforeseen complications.
Description of Work: Back door installed where window had been. Siding removed, water moved, heat vent moved, header installed, drywall repaired, 2 walls removed, siding reinstalled, wood floor patched. This is our 2nd job by Jarka. Bathroom remodel in 2009 was also excellent. Enlarged room, installed jetted tub, packet door, moved plumbing, patched drywall. Installed new toilet. Very trustworthy. Easy to work with.

 + 1 moreJarka remodeling arrived on the said date and time. The job was completed and all was cleaned and ready to go. He had no problem removing his shoes when going through my home to get to the basement.
Description of Work: Jarka remodeling is a true carpentry service. He replaced a service door and jam with all brick molding trim on my garage. He also trimmed the sides of the basement stairs. We wanted a finished look we could repaint. Lastly, Jarka remodeling dropped the ceiling in my basement bathroom. I have used Jarka remodeling over the years for window replacement, bathroom and kitchen updates, and trim work at my home. He has also recently completed a closet conversion to laundry area for my mom at her home, replaced the soffit and facia on her porch, and added railing to her stairs outside so she would be safe. There is absolute confidence recommending Jarka Remodeling
