Less than average phone customer service.

Far Better than expected. I called one day for an estimate--was able to get an appointment for the next day that was convenient for me. (2 business days). Work was quick, professional, spotless and exactly like the verbal endorsements I had gotten prior to calling them. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Family members have used them on commercial doors with wonderful results.
