Pool and Spa Servicing
Andy (owner) has been "maintaining" our pool for a few years. He is sporadic at best. This year (2014) he was supposed to fix a few cracks in our concrete inground pool. Eventually, in late June, he (with some helpers of his- who did most of the work) came and filled in the cracks. It's been over a week since he last checked with us and said the cracks are not completely repaired and he would come back and finish. He has not returned calls and texts, and it's now nearly July and our pool is still broken and empty. His service over the past years has been mediocre at best. Not returning contact for several days is unacceptable. Not sure how he thinks this an acceptable way to run a business. I would never recommend him to anybody. His prices aren't even that good either.

SERVICEMAN CAME IN, ASSESSED THE SITUATION, GAVE US SEVERAL OPTIONS AND GOT THE POOL UP AND RUNNING, AS IS, UNTIL WE COULD MAKE SOME DECISIONS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, INFORMATIVE, AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. GOOD AT EDUCATING HOME OWNER AND GIVING OPTIONS.
