Summary: Wayne P Leonard does excellent work, and stands by their work. I am 100% satisfied and would happily recommend them. Wayne P. Leonard Electric upgraded my house's main electric panel, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone for electrical needs. Wayne came by and was able to estimate the job on the spot. At no point did he try to upsell me on anything; he pointed out a few areas for improvement with my house's wiring that the prior owner left behind, but did not push to wrap them into this job unless the inspector would absolutely flag it as a problem. His team arrived exactly on time and got right into the panel swap. They communicated well when they needed to, but overall focused on the job. Attention to detail was spot on. Their work did not stop at just meeting code, but will be robust and easily maintained for years to come. I had mentioned in passing I might add a large appliance down the road, Wayne remembered and made sure to leave room. Clean up afterwards was perfect; they left no debris behind, cleaned up some of the prior owner's attempts at wiring, and even put my planter bed back together after digging in it. Their pricing was higher than other estimates I received for the same job, but not outrageously high, and the quality of workmanship keeps them well worth it. In talking with Wayne, it was clear he knew his stuff better than the others who gave me estimates (all others were licensed), and that peace of mind is absolutely worth it for the electrical system. I did find one minor issue after checking over their work (undersized breaker on my AC), but they acknowledged the issue and fixed it right away. Mistakes happen, and these guys made things right, A+ in my book.

Called Wayne during one of the most freezing winter days of January 2019. Wayne was available and went to my tenant property promptly. The circuit breaker main switch had to be replaced. Wayne charged $125/hr for 2 hours and $90 for the part. I appreciate his availability and willingness to help during bad weather. However, $125/hour seemed high. The AngiesList description says their charge is $90/hour.

They responded to my call promptly and were able to send someone out the next morning. He noted that our whole house inverter was wired incorrectly and wired it correctly. He installed 3 new breakers to correct where previous electricians had "double tapped" on circuits. Extremely professional. Would rate higher if I could,

I put the job out for 3 bids and they were lowest.

The Wayne Leonard Electrical crew never fails, unlike the ancient electricity in our house. As usual Wayne shows up on time, and in good humor, always a pleasure to speak with and do business with. Wayne provided a very reasonable quote for the multiple electrical projects (problems) we were having, we established a date and time, and his crew showed up and completed the job. Now this isn't the first time we've had the crew out to our house to do work, so we were expecting the same top level work that they have done before, and wouldn't you know it, they did it again. And that's what is fantastic about the Wayne Leonard crew, they are polite, clean, and do a great job. It's what's missing in many other companies these days. I am NOT a paid spokesperson for the company, I'm just a very satisfied customer with a big mouth. I definitely recommend Wayne and his team to anyone looking for electrical work to be done.

Called and left message with their answering service requesting replacement of light fixture. They stated that they would call back. Five days later have not received the 'call back'.

Wayne and his boy's are the best!!!.. On time,on budget, and very professional. They know there business and how to treat the customer with the upmost respect. They were in and out in under 4 hrs and left the job sight cleaner than how they found it!!  Any or all electric work, check with Wayne first.

Everything went well. The final price was a little higher than quote price.

Brian was at the house for about 3 and half hrs. At one time he was thinking of coming back in the mourning but he stayed with it. He finally found the issue in one of the ceiling fans. Kudos to Brian. The house was torn up because of me paining and other things so he really earned his pay. Thank you for great service.

They were wonderful, they felt and understand my situation, they are very caring.

They are top notch in quality and professionalism. The pricing is always ballpark, competative with other companies. They did show up a little later than promised. Overall, a good experience. Wayne does the quoting and his sons do the work.

He came out the first day and looked to see what the job was and give us an estimate. Then he sent his sons out the next day and they did the job. Everything was done within a couple of hours. I was surprised, they didn't even have to turn off the electricity so I guess they knew what they were doing. They were very prompt and they were very quick in doing their service. They were very good. I thought the price was a little high, but my daughter, who does a lot of remodeling in her house, thought it was a good price. We haven't done much with the house and so I don't know what vendors charge.

I called Wayne Saturday morning and he was able to come out that day. He asked a few questions prior to coming out to make sure I had what was required with CFL's and LED bulb technology. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous and helpful and even took a look at my electrical panel for any future work. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I had a great overall experience. Wayne was very quick to respond to my call. He was at my house the same day to inspect and give an estimate. The crew showed up the next day to work on the house. They were very punctual and professional. They took the time to explain all that they had accomplished and cleaned up the work area before they left. I would definitely recommend using them and will use him again.
