+ -1 moreREASONABLE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS MAN CLEARLY KNOWS AND ENJOYS WHAT HE DOES. HE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A TRAVEL TRAILER AND COULD NOT FIND SOMEONE TO MAKE KEYS FOR US. NEITHER THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE NOR THE LARGER BUILDING CENTER CARRIED BLANKS. RSM EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND WHY WE SHOULD NOT USE THE ORIGINALS. WE ALSO HAD THEM MAKE A KEY FOR OUR NEIGHBORS TRAILER AND THEIR GOLF CART.
