Both times I hired them (at two different houses), they were super easy to schedule with and work with. Both techs I got to work with were very informative and friendly. And on top of it all, I found them to be very reasonably prices. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with them for the furnace!

Very impressed with their superior service! They kept me informed as work progressed, their work was neat and precise, and they cleaned up the yard around their work area very nicely. I will definitely be hiring them for any future heating and AC needs.

I was really impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. The tech explained exactly what was wrong with the unit and what he was doing to fix it. He didn't rush through the job, but was really thorough. He didn't try to upsell me or tell me there was more wrong with the unit than there really was - he just showed up, did his job, and charged a really reasonable price. A great experience. I've got an HVAC guy for life!

He showed up on time and provided the tune up. He cleaned up after himself and was nice, He explained what he was doing and gave me some recommendations regarding the valve. I would certainly use him again.

like this company because they are a small family owned business.  I know who I am dealing with and who will be doing the installs.  I also used them 3 years ago for a new air conditioning unit (the same person did that install as well).  They are professional, punctual and stand behind their work.  They cleaned up such that you would never know they had been in my house.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

John was GREAT. He called before he came to confirm our time and location. Once he arrived he got right down to work. He cleaned up the air conditioner and explained its age and what to look for if anything comes up. He then took a look at our furnace. He will come back to give that a great leaning in the fall before we need to use the furnace. Ragano is FANTASTIC; thank you.

They were here on time, were very fast, and very clean. I had a problem the next day (July 4th) and Mike jumped in his truck and came over, interrupting his 4th of July. I highly recommend them!

Ragano Heating is listed in ComEd's website as one of the participating contractors for the central a/c efficiency services. I didn't see the company listed in Angie's list. Now I know why because it's misspelled. I called Mike on Sunday to go over my rental unit as the renters called saying it's not working and it was over 90 degrees. Mike went and found the problem and fixed it. I always call them now when there's something wrong with the a/c in the rental condo. Their price is much better than others for Sunday call.

His price is very reasonable. I've used him many times before. He is very detailed in explaining things to me. He is trying to figure out a way to make it easier for me to clean the filter. They are all very knowledgeable. They are very nice.
