Nancy and Sam came out looked around and had some great ideas on what to do to.  They suggested creating natural edging for all my gardens and patio. They also suggested getting rid of some out of control plants. They not only did the things I mentioned above, they trimmed all my bushes, removed dead and over grown. The yard looked beautiful when they were done. I can't tell you how awesome they were, how had they worked. There are no words. Thank you!!!!!

We called five landscape companies to get quotes and only two returned our calls - New Dimensions being one of the two.  They called back and came out within a week to give us a quote.  Nancy and Sam both came to the house and talked with us about the problem and offered some suggestions.  My husband had to follow up about a week after their visit to get the quote but only had to send an email asking about it and we got it the next day.  I think there was a mix up with his email address. The quote was reasonable and we booked the work to be done a week or so after we received the quote [50% deposit and the rest on completion].  The work was completed today and looks great.  They cleaned up the areas where they dug to place the drainage pipe very nicely.  You probably won't even be able to tell anything was done within a week.  After finishing the work, Sam offered to get gutter guards for our problem areas -- there were several balls stuck in the drain that likely contributed to our issues.  He charged us a reasonable amount to buy and install the gutter guards.  Overall, we are pleased with the work done.

They are very professional and accommodating. They do a great job and have no problem doing anything that I ask.

They were okay. I wouldn't highly recommend them. They put in a patio for me and they had to come back twice because water was retained on the patio itself. I wouldn't hire them again. They didn't confirm to make sure that I was going to be home when they came out to do the repairs and had I been here I would have check few other things and that kind of came whenever it was convenient for them so I didn't appreciate that and they have made more work for me. The patio looks really nice and I am happy with the patio work that they did and you look around stuff all around I am not happy with. They were supposed to get back to me for work but I never heard back from them.

They were contracted to cut our lawn for the summer. It took at least 2 weeks to finally get service scheduled. Then when they were suppose to start, they never showed up. No communication. After a nasty voicemail and email I was told they forgot their small mower. I completely understand problems, a phone call would've been nice. Hasn't showed up to mow our lawn for the last two weeks. No communication. Very frustrating. When they show up as scheduled, it's great. Never had a problem with a lawn service showing up until now.

They did all of this work over the course of 2 days. The men were very polite, professional. I was impressed by the fact that one of the lead gardeners suggested saving/transplanting some plants to other areas verses just throwing them away. Out of the 5 quotes I received, New Dimensions came in with the best price and did great work. I will definitely hire them again to do maintenance of my gardens/yards, probably as soon as this fall. I would highly recommend them.

I didn't like them. I thought they were doing a great job but then they kind of fell out in the end. They did a great job with cutting down the tree and putting in the fire pit. We also hired them for mowing service and they fell down on the moving service because they had one man that was riding a bike all round the yard and he was in and out in two minutes. He didn't do any edging or anything so we went back to our old group. The fire pit was beautiful and cutting down the tree was great. We were just disappointed with the mower.

Great service. My bushes and trees have never looked better. The new walk way is both beautiful and practical. Exactly, what I wanted. Planning to have additional work done on a retaining wall that needs to be replaced.

An excellent experience from start to finish. A call for a quote was responded to the say same; they were at our house the next day to meet with us and the day after that I had a written proposal in my email. Price was very competetive against other quotes I received (tip: get at least 3+ quotes as it is amazing how the quotes can vary). I mainly correspond via email and any questions I had for them were responded to the same day. They emailed to confirm their arrival on the day scheduled and arrived promptly at 8;00am to begin. A staff of 3 worked all day until 8:00pm the same day to make sure everything was completed. Rebulding the retaining wall was the biggest part of the job and they rebuilt it way better than the previous company did; I was amazed when I looked out to see they were cleaning off each brick before putting it back in place. Communication was great - crew was english speaking and they were constantly checking in with me during the day to make sure I was okay with the work being done. I had them do a few other things that were not part of the proposal and they took care of them for a very reasonable additional charge. Crew was courteous and friendly and made sure everything was cleanup up when they were finished. There was one follow-up item and when I contacted them about it they wound up coming out and taking care of it the next day. My yards looks better that it ever has in the 10+ years of living here. I wil definitely have them back for additional work and highly recommend them.

Sam and Nancy came out to quote the project promptly and sent the quote the next day. They were very professional. We set up the job and they showed up per plan and worked all day to try to get done in one day. They did an excellent job and made sure everything looked good before they left. They walked the property with us to make sure they hadn't missed anything that we expected them to do. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again. Thanks for the excellent work!!!

Wow! What a great threesome and I'm a fussy old lady! Nancy and Sam Sr came out and listened to my extensive list. Nancy then sent me a very professional itemized contract. On the day work was to take place rain was scheduled. I had taken all my beds down to the bare bottom and had 28 yard waste bags I was hoping they were going to take to the curb that day Sam Jr came over and took them out that night. They were very punctual on the day of the work. I've watched dry stacking done several times in Scotland and Sam was just as good as they were if not better. Sam Sr. and Sam Jr. worked very hard all day long. The reseeding in the back I'm sure was more than they intended on doing but they did all that needed it. One and quot;lilac treeand quot; was removed accidentelly (communication problem) but I never called and complained because I was sooo pleased with their work. I simply replaced it. Sam Jr. even came back with the sod and hay for the overage of reseeding the next morning as promised. I'm looking forward to having them as my permanent new landscaping company. It doesn't get better than this team.

Responded immediately to my request for estimate. We discussed what would be appropriate for front yard where last years heat had destroyed the grass and what could be done to elimiate a low spot in the backyard where water would collect. They emailed an estimate cost within two days and we discussed amending the estimated work to be done in the backyard. We agreed to the contract and scheduled the job for six days later. They arrived on the job before 8:00 and completed the entire job within 4 hours. The work was completed in a workman-like manner with exceptional care to existing landscape features. Their quality was excellent.

Despite the weather they were able to come out on the day promosied and get the job done. The yard looks great. Now all we need is some warm weather for things to really pop!

There was a dip in the lawn between my house backyard door and my deck. Water would puddle here during even light rain, and it was always muddy. It didn't look nice and you would get mud on your shoes just going from the house to the deck even when it hadn't rained recently. I had New Dimensions do some drainage work at my last house and was very pleased with their work, so I wanted to get their opinion on the situation on this house.
They were able to come out for an estimate the same day I called, and we spent a good half hour discussing the situation: both why this area had sunk, and what could be done to fix it.
1- I could get about 70 feet of drainage under the area and push the water off to the side lawn (this included digging under our deck...very impressive since there's only a few feet of height under there).
2- they could raise that section of land and put a paver patio there.
3- both solutions, giving us a patio and draining most of water out of our backyard.
I got the estimate the next day, I found the price to be very reasonable (and we just moved in and expect to be at the house for a very long time), so my wife and I opted to do both solutions.
They were able to come out the next week, did the entire job in 2 days, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Very nice people who really know what they're doing. Money very well spent. Highly recommend!

Great people - good job. Noting the man hours it took to do the job I thought the price was too high; of course I must take some blame for next setting after estimate.

I contacted New Dimensions to give me a quote on a retaining wall. They called back promptly and set up a time to meet with me within a few days of the initial call. New Dimensions came out and gave me ideas for the wall. A quote quickly followed. They were VERY reasonable with their quote. They came out another time to go over the wall design again and with samples. The project was to begin on a Monday and finish the next day. They held true to their word. The work was done when they said, the workers were very friendly and professional, and they did an outstanding job cleaning up. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave us many suggestions that made the project look even better. We are going to us them again for another project and probably for more down the road.

New Dimensions has been wonderful. I love working with a family-run business. They have been helpful in every way with suggestions for landscaping, trees and even helped remove a stump from an arborvitae that had fallen over the winter. They are doing a much better job a lawn maintenance than the previous company we used - they take the clippings away and don't just dump them in our treeline for one! Very responsive to phone calls, too - everyone has been very easy to work with.

They did more than I asked them to and they didn't charge any extra.

This is simply the best company I've dealt with in a long time. My initial call was returned within 1 hour, and within 24 hours, Nancy and Sam were at my home to review the work and get the information they needed to provide a quote, which I had later that same day. Within 48 more hours, I had their contract and they performed the work. The work was done exactly as I had asked, and looks beautiful ! We are considering more extensive landscaping in the future, and will only work with New Dimensions. Simply excellent !
