Pat oversaw the job and he sent me pictures of the work as I was out of town. He was very honest, thorough, and he made sure it was all cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Just had a 25 year old roof replaced with associated repairs. Ryan, the job supervisor was professional, thorough, easy to reach and informative regarding options and best solutions. The quoted price was not the most or least expensive estimate. The job was done ahead of schedule. The 6 man crew arrived on time and finished in one day. They protected plantings, doors and windows and cleaned up the area very thoroughly. Post completion Ryan kept in touch to make sure the work met my expectations, which it did, and to address any outstanding issues. There were none. Highly recommend Countryside.

Nice guy came out with his folder full of stuff he never really went in depth over. He left telling us he'd follow-up with a written estimate. And we never saw or heard from him ever again - cell or email. Our follow-up resulted in NO RESPONSE. Clearly we didn't want them to do our job and neither should you if we had to keep begging for our work project estimate.

We used a company called Countryside Roofing, who are also listed on Angie's List, who are also an Angie's List provider.  They were really good.  There were three people that came out to do the job.  The workers knew their job very well and treated me very well also.  They were very knowledgeable, very efficient and very courteous.  It took abut two and a half hours for them to finish the work.  I would definitely recommend them.  They left a very positive impression.

Never return a phone call to tell me the technician will come to the site. Technician came left without a word. Left my roof not repair. Ron or technician never called to let me know what going on. So i cancelled.

In 2011, we had our roof, skylights, roof vents, siding, sliding patio door and gutters replaced by Countryside. They did an excellent job. Every targeted date and completion date were spot on and the salesman came by every step of the way to make sure that everything was running on schedule. They also gave us an excellent price. Because of our past experience we went back to them to have this work done. We were told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the windows from the date of order. Once the windows are delivered, it would take 1-2 days to install them. And another 1-2 days to install the Hardie Boards once the windows are installed. I told the salesman that they could store the materials in my garage since it would be for a short time. We signed the agreement on 7/21/2014. The windows were delivered on 9/18/2014 and installed during the 1st week in October, taking 2 days. A few weeks later, I called the office to find out if someone had to come out and measure the sizes needed for the Bay window Hardie Boards. I was told that they knew the sizes and in a week or so, they would start the work. The Hardie Boards were delivered and the workers showed up and proceeded to remove the old wood. When they checked the Hardie Boards, they found out that they were the wrong sizes. The correct size boards would have to be ordered and would take a few weeks to get them because they were not stock sizes. Finally the correct boards were delivered around Thanksgiving and now the cold and snow had set in, so outside work days were limited. Finally, on 3/16/2015 the job was finished. It took 6 months to complete an estimated 4 days of work. 4 1/2 months just for the bay window work. The carpenter told me that if the office would have had him look at the bay window work and do the measuring it would have been a minimum of 5-6 days work not 1-2. Over 50% of the time I never knew when the workers were going to show up. It's a good thing that I'm semi retired and my wife is retired  so one of us was always home to let them into the garage to get the needed materials or they would have wasted a trip.

I'm still waiting for the window warranty information which was due at time of final payment. 

I'm not sure if Countryside took this job lightly because it was only a $9,100.00 job or that it was only suppose to take up to 4 days.

There are 2 plus's that I will say about Countryside, (1) the actual workers do good work and (2) Countryside did reduce my bill for the inconvenience of not being able to park my car in the garage for 4 1/2 months because they stored materials in it.  

The project went as planned. No surprises.His siding team worked professionally and safely. No short cuts. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. We have had many of our neighbors comment on how nice the house looks.

In 2011, Countryside put a new asphalt roof on our house. We were pretty happy with them, both their price and professionalism so we hired them again for the roof and to install Hardie siding on a new addition. The siding guys worked in pretty frigid Janurary '14 temps and still did an outstanding job. In the fall of '14 and into spring '15, we completed siding the rest of the house with Hardie, and they did trim work (in Hardie board) on a new front porch and new gables over the front upper windows. They also installed a Pac-Clad standing seam metal roof over the new porch for us. Throughout the entire process, Pat and his team have been a joy to work with and the result is outstanding. Many people that walk by our house in the neighborhood ask us who did the work and we happily give them Countryside's number.

They are always very professional.

Roofing went without much issue. So as far as roofing goes, they are a OK. However skylight installation wasn't. They subcontract it out to other folks and they basically stop responding to any inquiries regarding to skylight ever after payment was posted. Email and phone call about lose cover (ceiling) and dead bugs was never returned. Lousy follow-up. As I had worse contractors in the past, they are ok-grade but nothing to brag about on the service or anything beyond the baseline.

They were up-front about being not being able to take on the work and wouldn't be able to get to the work until spring.

It was noted that the window had not been caulked nor fitted into the window properly. They have advised us that we may need a new window soon...but in the meantime they caulked the window (free of charge) and there has been no leaking since.

It took them a week to complete the roof on our home.  They arrived on time, and left the area clean.  Pleased with the work they did.

They were very thorough and worked very efficiently.  They were good.

What really impressed me was this past winter when we had a lot of snow and I had roof damming and water coming in and they came out and shoveled off my roof immediately after calling them out. A week or so ago, I had divulged to them that I had a gutter leaking and if they could caulk it and they came out and did that. They did not replace my gutters. They did my roofing and siding and they did not do that but they came out anyhow. I did ask them for a quote for some other work but their customer service has just been phenomenal. Their last service did not cost anything. Their service has been what keeps me coming back and keeps me recommending them to people that I know.
