Matt was referred by another plumber who was too busy to do the job.  On the phone, we were assured he knew how to install wall hung toilets but apparently he didn't.  It took several hours with much pounding and banging.  Several weeks after the installation, we noticed a leak in the ceiling below the toilets.  We called him and he returned to "fix" it. After a couple of weeks, the leak resumed.  We called a second time and he returned, this time asking if the leak only occurred when we flushed the toilet. We told him it appeared to be so.  He told us the tank was leaking and that there was no gasket made for where the tank attached to the toilet bowl.  He placed putty there and also caulked around the toilet where part of the unit attached to the wall.  After several weeks, the leak was back.  In the meantime, we researched wall hung toilets and realized that the leak was where the outlet of the toilet attached to the drain pipe.  We also were aware that the standard wax ring was not appropriate for a wall hung toilet.  There is a special foam or fiber ring for wall hung units.  We concluded that he had not used the correct ring and decided not to recall him as he clearly did not know anything about correctly installing wall hung toilets.  We called someone else and after discussing wall hung units on the phone, asked this company, who does commercial as well as residential service, to come.  They quickly came and it took them exactly one hour to remove the unit, correctly install the proper gasket and install nuts and fiber washers where there had been none.

We wish Matt had just told us he had no experience with wall hung toilets in the first place.  We do not recommend All For You Plumbing and would not use him again for any job.
