SOURIAN RUG & CARPET CLEANERS

I’ve used them and I’ve been very pleased with them.  I got them from a neighbor.  I thought they were thorough and professional.  They pick up the rug and deliver as well.  The man who picked up the rug knew right away where the rug was made.  It’s a big rug about nine by twelve.  I told him I wanted new fringe on it one day and he agreed to it.  They were going to bring it back in about two weeks.  I got a phone call from them and they said that the binding on the rug needs to be redone and they said they have a good match for it.  So they asked me if I would like to have that done and I asked them how much that would cost.  They told me the price and I told me to go ahead and do it.  They wanted to give me a good product.  They were cleaning the rug and they wanted it to look good.  It looks beautiful.  I was very happy with the fact that they called and it is a perfect match now.  I’ve been extremely pleased.  I will use their services again in the future.

We have used Sourian for all of our rug cleaning. In August, rather than getting it cleaned, a neighbor threw out a perfectly good Karastan wool rug because their dog had an accident on it. We took it to Sourian to see if it could be salvaged, and they used a new process on it that completely cleaned it. No trace of dog at all on a beautiful new rug in only a few days!

A few days after the rug was picked up for cleaning, the company called regarding the border stitching which was worn and suggested that it be replaced. I gave them the ok to do so. The rug came back looking like new.

The service was friendly, prompt, and very well done! We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to our friends.
