I have rugs that I take there. I have been going there for 20 years.I have had them come out to the house for the wall to wall rugs from time to time. I go there all the time. I have some rugs that I can just roll up and take over there. I do that every year. One of the carpets that get high traffic. I do that every year. They are a really good place. I am getting ready to take a rug over there now. It took one day. There are two men that come out. I moved out all the light weight stuff. Anything like a big sofa, they will move it.

Two men on the crew - we chose first stop, and they were actually early.   The three larger carpets had furniture on them (beds or table).  We had removed the mattresses to make it easier to remove the bedroom rugs.  The antique dining table is VERY heavy.
The cleaned carpets were ready in one week, as promised.  We payed extra for sealant protection (scotchguard) and relaying the rugs.  The day after they were returned (a Saturday), red wine was spilled on the ivory dining room carpet.  I expected that it would "bead up", as I thought that's the type of sealant we had purchased.  It did not.  I have learned over the years, from the experts, when something like that happens, don't rub, don't try "home remedies", etc.  So we blotted to no avail, then left as is.
Called them on Monday, they offered  to re-clean and apply the more expensive "microseal" to protect and re-deliver to our home. They picked up Tuesday a.m. and delivered one week later.  We paid the extra fee for miscrosealing ($163.20 - the difference between our initial scotchguard and the miscroseal), but their cleaning and pickup/ delivery was at no additional charge.  I am very impressed with the action they took - a highly customer service oriented thing to do.  Highly recommend, and will use again.  You may pay more, but the quality is there, as is the service.
