Had an older for Mini Van that had a rattle in the rear suspension.
I had asked how much it would be to repair this and if they could please give it a once over to see if there were other things that should be addressed.
Craig and his crew gave me a lengthy report about what was good and bad about the van. Including belt condition, tire condition. They checked EVERYTHING, power windows, door locks, front and rear air-conditioning, door and hood latches and hinges. I mean EVERYTHING!
I was very pleased that they said that everything that was wrong, they could repair, and gave me an writen estimate telling me the cost of each repair.
I tried to use the list to negotiate a lower price, it didn't work, so I didn't buy the van. Nice guy I am, i didn't need the list, so I gave it to the owner of the van, who then went to Tire Tracks to have some of the repairs done.
