Skoog Landscape & Design

We hired a subcontractor to pour concrete. They told us we were getting a bominite concrete. When I called the concrete company, they said they do NOT work with Skoog. They offered 4 years same as cash. 0% interest. We were accepted for $27,000. When they sent us the bill they denied the credit. I called the credit card company and they said we were good to go. Skoog will not accept the payment even though they offered it to us initially. The subcontractors were on time despite a 2 hour drive, but skoog had not prepped them properly.
