Roofing
While the contractor was reroofing the structure, a decision was made to install a vented ridge cap ventilation system. An opening wider than required was cut the length of the structure. Upon discovering the error, furring strips of OSB board were placed in the gap. The roof leaks today. Once discovered, an opportunity was provided to Mr. Terry Papocci to correct the issue. He did show up to investigate, stated that it could be fixed. However, return communication ceased. Even after a letter from an attorney was being sent, still no return communication. Do not use this contractor.
