I was very unhappy because I felt that I had been severely overcharged for the service provided.  About a week later they sent me a notice telling me that they had credited my account for the entire amount.  That was going the second mile  and was way more than necessary because I would have been happy just to have the charges reduced to a fair amount.  That was very nice of them to be so responsive.

Lenhart Plumbing, Inc came out said that I need a new water heater but my water heater is working fine. I had a terrible experience in dealing with them.
