When I called, they were polite and timely in their response. The technician seemed to do what he could to find the source of the problem in one refrigerator, but was not able to find it. In the other refrigerator, he cleaned out the drain line, which worked for about a week but was clogged again, and I wonder if there was not more to be fixed than just the drainage line cleaned out. I have to call someone out again to look at them.
