It's extremely reasonable. I'm not getting much for those properties at all and they're basically family properties and we're trying to keep them and I basically rent them for the cost of insurance and taxes and a little repair. They're excellent tenants, so we're able to keep the properties maintained and collect enough to cover all of our expenses including Barb. I couldn't believe the price and I'm very pleased.
Description of Work: Barb Kophamer ReMax manages two properties that I have in Illinois. She tells me if anything is going on, arranges repairs, collects the rent and makes sure they are deposited. She also keeps the deposits in a deposit account and selects tenants. She charges a monthly fee of $50 per property.
