Very professional company. Stopped into the Mokena showroom on a recommendation from my painter. Plenty of samples, very helpful staff. Cost was slightly higher than others in the area, but TTS matched the price! Based on the recommendations (that were all top notch) and the price match, went with TTS. Once deposit was received, they IMMEDIATELY went to work. Scheduler contacted me with how the process would work, staff came out to laser measure, and the things moved very quickly from there. TTS kept us informed at all times of the process. On day of install, team was on time and worked efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the surfaces. TTS followed up afterwards to make sure everything was right. They even assisted to help us get in touch with the manufacturer over a question we have about the material. TTS is a very professional group and I would definitely use them again.

Love my Bianco Drift Caesarstone countertops. Originally, I wanted granite and priced at 3 other places, 2 where you could see the slabs and 1 kitchen/bath store. If you are pricing granite, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. I visited homes where the granite was not finished or sealed underneath so it's rough, can catch on clothes & fingerprints can eventually leak through & bad seams. Not all places are giving a 15 year seal & some include the sealing in the price, some add it on. Marty Rogers at TTS Granite was great to work with. Their price was reasonable, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. When they give you a date for installation, they keep that date. It's a sure thing. Their fabricators and employees have been with them for a long time and are experienced. That was the problem with the kitchen/bath shop who subcontracted with a fabricator. I had no idea of their workmanship or how experienced they were even though their price was a few hundred dollars cheaper. I was ready to buy the granite when I saw the slab of Bianco Drift Caesarstone which would work better with my gray painted cabinets. I called one of the other granite cos. to get their price. It was $2,000 more than TTS! TTS professionalism and quality of work is wonderful. I sat comfortably with my coffee as they installed the counter, sink, faucet & garbage disposal. I think they were in and out in 2 hours. Absolutely would use them again.

Was referred to TTS by a painter I was using for some kitchen work. Called Kathy at TTS and we setup an appointment to look at material. Staff at the showroom was very helpful and provided us with samples to take home with us. Prices were competitive with the other bids I had received for the counter tops elsewhere and they even matched the price of the lowest bid. Finalized everything efficiently, and quickly moved on to the final measurements in the home. Install day came, and the team did an excellent job removing the old and replacing with the new counter tops. The material looks great and everything came out beautifully! The TTS team worked efficiently, professionally and answered any questions that came up. I would definitely use them again.

We were pleased with their work. We had a hiccup with TTS during the initial installation. They quickly admitted the problem was on their end and worked hard to correct it for us. In the end, we had a delay with the product but we were happy with the professionalism and work they put in to rectify the situation. We highly recommend TTS and would use them again ourselves.

TTS Granite was on top of everything from the start. They were there when they said they would be from the initial estimate to the measuring and installation. Michelle was very professional with the estimate and helping us trying to decide which granite to go with.
I don't know the names of the installers, but, they were prompt, courteous, very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything was cleaned up and looked great when they left.
After they were gone I noticed a small area that was chipped. I called them the next day and was told that I would be contacted about the repair. To my surprise they called me within the hour and came out to do the minor repair that afternoon. It took them about 10 minutes to fix it. I can't find that spot now no matter how hard I try.
Also, the next day my wife decided that she wanted the hand soap dispenser installed, which I originally told them not to do.
I called the office and was told again that someone would call me with an installation time and that there was no charge for it. Again, I was called within the hour and the installer came out that afternoon and drilled the hole in the granite for the soap dispenser.
We are very happy with TTS Granite and will use them again and would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional and on time. They were able to finish the project in a timely manner. Have a great experience with them.

I have been extremely pleased with Emilie's responsiveness and her wonderful advice. For example, she helped my husband and I make a great decision about the size of overhang we should have on our island. They had a great selection of stone and I have received quotes and proposals within 24 hours. I will work with TTS in the future for sure!

We couldn't be happier with the total experience, from meeting Emily (hope I spelled her name right) to the completed install. There was never a feeling of being rushed or any pressure whatsoever to make a commitment. She sent us to top-notch suppliers for faucets and other items we needed. Our back-splash is the same granite as the top and it goes up all the way to under the cabinets. The fit is just perfect.

At my first visit to TTS I was taken through the showroom to view the different granite slabs. I picked out the one I loved, there were many, many to choose from. A workman came to my house to laser measure my countertop surface. That same week they came and installed my new granite countertop. I have gotten so many compliments.

Shopped around; saw their sign on the street. Folks at work recommended them, so I stopped in. There were 3 of us doing 3 kitchens remodel. TTS was accommodating and professional. We all purchased from TTS. We are all happy

They came willing to help and do whatever was necessary. They were easy to work with, and they had a reasonable price. Their granite was not involved in this project. The job they did was very good. They were on time too.

They did a very good job. The granite had a small hole in it. We contacted them about it. They came out and fixed it. The only thing I didn't like about granite was the seem in it. The workers were very friendly and polite.
