I must say they do a good job. What they did this time was something that I could have done myself. I had changed the batteries in my thermostat but the batteries i had changed were not working too. So he basically changed the batteries. Unfortunately, it still cost me the standard seventy five dollars then that the home warranty service charges. I think this does not apply to quality services. I have used them for something else and they have done a good job. I would use them again.
