I have been a little disappointed with them, because I had to have another company come get that out. We also have a split unit upstairs and they messed up the part with the aluminium going down to the unit and there were hundreds of wasps that came in. I was very happy with them up to that point.

WILLIAMS HEATING AND AIR IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE UPFRONT ON THE THINGS WHICH NEED TO BE DONE AND DO WHAT THEY SAY WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE. I ALSO WAS ABLE TO TRUST THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS COMPLETELY.
