McGhee Heating and Air

The A/C was quickly repaired and done correctly. The thing I like most is Mark takes care of his customers, on Christmas Day 2011
out furnace was not working and we had company coming. We called McGhee because the company that install our heating and cooling system went out of business. Mr. McGhee came out personally and fixed our furnace, he did not charge extra because it was Christmas and he made sure it was repaired correctly before leaving. He earned our business.

Initially I called to have a toilet replaced because it was constantly running and replacing the flapper did not solve the problem. After speaking with the guy on the phone and telling him the problem, he informed me that it would be much cheaper to have the toilet fixed by replacing the inside plumbing instead of replaced. He did give me an estimated over the phone for replacing the toilet and just fixing it. We set up an appointment for a technition to come out on a Friday morning. After waiting for over a half an hour for the tech to arrive, I contacted the office and he informed me that the tech had an early morning call that he was just finishing up. Because I had to do to work, I was unable to wait any longer for the tech to arrive and complete the job. The guy in the office set up another appointment for Saturday and stated that he would not charge me time and a half for the labor but just straight time. On Saturday, the tech called just before the scheduled time and left a message stating that he was on his way and would be to my home in about 15 minutes. Once he arrived, he was able to complete the job in less than an hour and charged me for 30 minutes of labor. He fixed the toilet, cleaned it out and did not leave a mess behind him. The final bill was about $100 less than replacing the toilet would have been. He did a good job and the toilet is no longer leaking.
