I have used this shops services for the past few years, based on a recommendation of a Friend, and i would highly recommend them. They service all 3 of our vehicles and we are very pleased with Jeff and his crews knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and fair price. We plan on having them continue servicing our vehicles for the forseable future.

I brought my car in to have some work inspected that I had done last year that appeared to be going bad. They evaluated the situation and replaced the parts under warranty. All was done at no charge. I have brought my car to this Midas for years and they have always been professional and courteous and will try to keep the cost down if at all possible even to tell me when what I thought needed to be done did not need to be done. I have had other auto service locations tell me that I needed service of some sort and brought it to Midas, and after evaluation, told me that the service did not need to be performed at that time. Midas has done extensive exhaust work for me in addition to oil changes and other miscellaneous work big and small.
I have had some bad parts on occasion and they have always stood behind their work. The and quot;Band quot; Quality grade is for the occasional bad part. It is not necessarily due to poor workmanship from Midas.
The respect they show their customers will keep me going back.

They are great. We've been going there for 4 years. They have always been very helpful and honest so we keep going back. We've had a few experiences where they have quoted us a price and then they've come back and said they didn't have to do all the work they thought they would have to do so it has been a lot cheaper than we thought which is always a nice surprise.

Outstanding. Chris at Midas was very helpful. I had been there before for brakes and exhaust so all the "redo" stuff was handled without a hitch. The rotors had rusted because the car sat for so long. He did all he could do to keep the cost down and I never felt like he was throwing something in that didn't need to be done. Honest, fair, and reasonable price.

They checked over the brakes and said it would still be awhile (6-12 months) before any replacement would be needed... and there was no charge. Midas personnel were available at the scheduled time and checked the brakes within the time range that they had quoted over the phone when I set up the appointment. I appreciate the fact that they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary service/products and gave me the facts about the brakes. Will take my car back to this location in the future when brake service is required.

My son had a muffler he had taken off of one of his cars, and I asked Midas of St. Charles if they would install it on my Civic, as it needed a muffler. The folks at Midas are always thinking about helping their customers and installed the muffler on my car. Tin addition, they worked out the tailpipe for my car, as the used muffler did not have the right part. They are always watching out for the customer, not just to sell you something that you need, but also to tell you what you don't need. There have been at least 2 occasions when I have brought a car in thinking it needed service (e.g. brakes), and the good folks at Midas St. Charles checked it out and saved me money by telling me that I did NOT need anything done at that time. To me, that kind of response is very unusual, as I think there are many places that will see you something that you don't really need.
