I had paint splattered on the floor. I had a lot of drag marks and the guy called those holiday - so I had holidays all over the house! There were incomplete paint marks on the corners and places where the walls meet. I had my bathroom painted from brown to nautical blue and there were spots of brown peeping through so I had to fix it. The more I clean, the more holidays I find. It's been 7 months and I'm starting to find little surprises here and there. His pricing was reasonable compared to the other guys I spoke to but it's not the you-get-what-you-paid-for type of situation. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

We hired the company and owner, Robert White to paint the interior of our newly purchased home.  In the beginning, Robert was fair and professional and we were happy with the work, however throughout the project, he had a several painters that he brought with him that did a poor job on the work.   Over the course of two months, Robert brought in different workers to help him with our home and each time, the new worker would do a poor job and not return to complete the job.  Robert did go back and fix some of the areas that were an issue.  However, due to his issues with his workers, he was not able to finish the  job in a timely fashion and we have found areas that still need to be fixed.

Additionally, we are missing four trim pieces to the blinds in two of our upstairs bedrooms that has yet to be returned to us.  The last part of the job that he was to finish was complete all remaining touch-ups in the home and finish with the staining of our staircase rail.  He took one part of the rail home to finish and promised to return it to us weeks ago.  He still has not done so.  He also still has not finished touching up the stain on the existing rail and applying the clear coat finish.  He has been paid in full for this work and we scheduled a date for him to return to complete.  We have text messages from him confirming the date and time and even confirmed with him the Friday before he was supposed to show on Monday.  When he didn't arrive at the promised time Monday morning, we called him and then received an email from his wife saying that he got the days wrong and was out of town.  We texted him again and his response was unprofessional and blamed us for his error.  We gave him another opportunity to return at the end of the week when he is back in town to finish his work and return our missing items and we have not received any kind of response.  Bottom line - we put up with a lot of his issues with his workers and paid for work that is still unfinished.  His response has been rude and unprofessional and he still owes us work, a stair rail and four blind trim pieces.  He told us he would return the stair rail on 10/25 and did not do so nor is he returning our texts or calls.
