He completed the replacement of fence posts over a couple of weeks due to weather (5/8/13). About a week after completion I called him back out to re-do half the fence posts (7 posts).  He came out a few days later and agreed the work was shoddy and promised he would be back out to re-do the work.  A section of the fence is still leaning because the posts are not solid in the ground.  One post has an overflow of concrete at the base and I wanted that cleaned out.  All 7 of the posts are not attached to the panel on either side of the post.  It appears one panel is attached to the post while the panel on the other side is attached to the plank that covers the back of the post.  Also, his brother came out and cut the tops of the posts and cut into the siding of my garage but no one bother to mention it.   
I called Dan about a month later because he had not come back out as promised. I had to leave a voice mail and got no return call so I reported the matter to the Better Business Bureau on 7/31/13.  I still have heard nothing.
