Guy was from wasco, IL. Claimed he could clean between glass block. Didn’t work. Also Replaced grout. Put caulk over WET grout so color doesn’t match old grout. Scratches in marble floor. Caulk all over toilet. Dings on marble slab. We paid him in full just to get him out of our house so no more damage would be done. Have to rehire someone else to redo entire $600 job

Very well - I used them again for additional work (floor tile repair). I highly recommend this franchisee. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and did the work on time and cleaned up. Their prices were very reasonable for both jobs.

Great! They were very professional, time-efficient and organized.  I am pleased with the job they did, and would recommend their services.  My only gripe is the fee they charge for credit cards, but otherwise they're great!

Dennis and his team did a great job. The tile has many pores and over the years had gotten more challenging to get clean. He and his team brought the tile back to what it looked like when we put it in years ago. They were on time, neat and completed on time. I would highly recommend the Grout Doctor.

He was very good. He was very professional and very quick. We haven't had to rub down the shower since he came. Whatever he did, it stayed. It looks like new. He came in, explained what he was going to do and how it was going to work, and it did.

Absolutely thrilled with the service and repair work on my showers! We recently had some major yard work done and the shift in the foundation caused the grout in my 5 showers to crack. Dennis came out and gave an estimate and was able to complete the job in one day. He even replaced broken shelves and soap holders. One replacement needed extra time because the new fixture was slightly bigger than the old fitting. Clean up on my part was minimal - much less than I anticipated given all the grout and tile dust flying around - I would definitely use him again.

I called Dennis at Grout Doctor to repair the grout in and around my master bath shower, which has ceramic tile and glass block. Dennis has actually repaired the grout three years earlier, but due to our very rusty water, we needed him again! The grout on our glass block wall had become stained and was decaying. The grout between the ceramic tiles on the wall was also deteriorating in a few locations and just needed some TLC! I don't know the difference between caulk and grout; I just know that my shower needed work. Dennis came to our house and gave me an estimate and then scheduled the work for two weeks later. My shower looks like new again! All his work looks just as good as the original grouting. He is neat and completely cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend him because he is reliable, on-time and on-budget and the work is excellent! I would use him again if the grout needs a touch-up in another three years!

Dennis, the owner, came promptly when we called for the estimate. He knew exactly what our shower stall needed and did an itemized estimate (we had several coupons from this company and all were honored.) The job took 5 hours with one man (Doug) working, and we had to do very little preparation in advance. Doug arrived promptly when he said he would and was very exact in how long he predicted the job would take. The stall was perfectly cleaned, grouted, and caulked; we also opted for their optional and quot;Envirosealand quot; application to seal both the the tile and the grout.. The shower now looks better than new, and he did a great job cleaning up all the aftermath. We would definitely employ this company again and our only regret was that we hadn't called them even sooner!

They are excellent. They were great about everything they did.

The two gentlemen showed up late for an all day job at 10:00, by 6 pm they were not finished. When they left, I had a lot of clean up after them, there were chunks of grout and grout dust everywhere. I called to make appointment for them to finish the job and the owner of the franchise was rude to deal with, as if it was my fault the job was not done. One week later, grout has little holes in the grout seams (I have been notified that this means the grout was not mixed correctly), and the caulk looks like a child did it, it is truly a mess. Additionally, many of the tiles in one bathroom are now chipped from the grout removal. The grout in the main bathroom comes out in little clumps when wet. I called to ask owner to come take a look and he, in a negative tone said "Well, we were already out to your house twice". Yes, because they did not finish the first time. 100% of the work done has to be redone, and I now have to additionally get many tiles replaced as they are now chipped. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the corporate customer service to request my money back.

The Grout Doctor was great. We had a 10 year old shower that had a lof cracking in the grout and one corner was cracking so bad that we were afraid water would be getting in the wall. We hired the Grout Doctor since he gets great reviews in our area and had a fair price ($15 off service with coupon received in mailer). The job took about 5 hours. All gorut in the shower was stripped, replaced and the edges recaulked. Our shower looks great. He also did a great job cleaning up so it looked like a brand new shower without the mess! Would definitely hire again in the future.

OMG, Dennis arrived, immediately began work and transformed our poor crumbling floor into nearly brand new again. Just being on his knees for nearly two hours was a feat in itself. He matched the color nearly perfect , and I'm pretty fussy about that kind of thing. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Will highly recommend Dennis and would, and I'm sure will use his services again. A "Master" of his craft. Great job!!!
