Randall and Son replaced our roof recently and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their roof repaired or replaced.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received today from Randall and Son. My home consists of flat and shingle roofing. After the recent high winds, my neighbor informed me of a section of the flat roof that was not in place. After researching and reviewing a number of roofers on Angies List, I selected Randall based on satisfied customer responses. My call was immediately answered, an appointment made and arrived on time as promised, and work completed. As the owner states and customer endorse as well, this is not a hard sell business just to put on a new roof. In addition to the minor repair made, an inspection of the entire roof was conducted. He noted a few minor craftsmanship concerns from the initial roof installation and a few minor hail imperfections but nothing that warrants a roof replacement. Again, this was a most pleasant experience with a professional and honest company. Randall gets my business going forward and recommendations to others as well.

We were very pleased with Randall and Son for doing our new roof. The quality of the work was excellent, and their price was very competitive. We had two other companies that also quoted prices. We liked the fact that it was a smaller company, and they were able to give us a very personalized experience. Ed was extremely helpful and did everything we asked of him. He also worked well with our insurance company. We're sure that you will like this company if you decide to hire them !

After a recent windstorm we lost quite a few shingles on our roof. After contacting our insurance company they weren't much help and pretty much left it up to us to figure it all out. I found Randall Roofing and decided to try them out. They were extremely quick in response, got all the details of what our problem was and Ed came out the very next morning. He was timely, professional and super helpful! He explained what was wrong, and knew what all the steps were, like if we had a warranty, etc. He fixed our roof the same day and gave us a heads up where we might have some issues way down the line. On top of all that he even painted a very random ugly purple chimney we had. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, in fact they are on top of my list and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Ed knows his stuff, and is very professional and I would trust him completely to do the job right.

Ed responded promptly to the voicemail I left him. He also showed up on time, explained the issues he found and the work that was done to fix it. There was no 'up-selling' which I appreciated. Overall a good experience with communication and reasonable prices. He is definitely on my short list when it is time to get my roof replaced.

We were trying to get repairs fixed through Home Warranty. Home Warranty contacted Randall and Sons to come inspect. They made it out and after the Home warranty refused to cover we had them come back and patch the roof. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. So far no further issues. I will use again when we decide to replace the roof.

I used them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. I told my friend and brother about the service and they were also pleased with their work. Their service was excellent and they cleaned up well. I have absolutely no complaints.
