Landmark Roofing was extremely professional.  It was a pleasure to work with Bob on this project.  He continued to communicate with us, and his quick response to our questions was very appreciated.  He went above and beyond to make us happpy.  Many neighbors have commented on how beautiful the house looks.  I would definitely recommend Landmark Roofing to friends and family.

Good experience! This winer, we spotted a large stain on the ceiling of my son's bedroom.  I was worried that we would have to get our roof replaced, but Bob and his team came out to look at the roof and told us that they could patch the roof up that morning and that roof replacement wasn't required. The work was done very efficiently. Bob guaranteed his work and stood by that guarantee. When we found another stain on the ceiling of my son's room close to where the patching had been done, someone from Bob's crew came out a few days later to do further patchwork.  When I called the office to ensure that no payment was due for the additional work, the representative that I spoke to erroneously informed me that payment was in fact due and that the work wasn't covered under the warranty. I expressed my frustration with this. A day or two later, I received a voicemail from Bob apologizing for the confusion and assuring me that the additional work was covered under the warranty and that no payment was due. I really appreciate that they stuck by their guarantee! I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing. 

The materials were delivered and placed allowing access to the garage pending installation. This time of year, Mother nature was unpredictable but LRI kept in constant contact letting me know when the tear-off and installation would occur. On the days of the work, the workers arrived bright and early, covered the lawn, shrubs and rear deck and got to work. The temperature wasn't what I would want to work in but they did a great job and the finished roof looked great. My neighbors took notice and has been asking who did the installation. Also, thinking back to the first contact with LRI, they are great people who don't use high pressure sell tactics and are very knowledgeable and informative and share to aid you in making decisions regarding material selection.

The process went fairly smoothly.  Bob Coyle ensured that whatever items needed addressing after the initial process were completed in a timely manner.  I would use Landmark Roofing again for any house repairs.
