The contractor was great! The billing department for City Lights LLC was wonderful! Extremely professional. Always had an amazing experience. My invoice was electronic, which made everything much easier. I plan to have them finish my drywall soon.

The carpenters who did this job were wonderful. City Lights, not so much. I will never arrange a job through City Lights again - we should all run the other way if we see their name. I booked this job on November 18. I then received a flurry of emails from City Lights; overkill for sure. I paid the deposit immediately on November 18 when I received an invoice. The invoice showed the balance due by November 24. The job was completed on November 20, to my satisfaction. I received a call from City Lights requesting payment of the balance. I responded that I would pay today - November 20. Three hours later, I received an ?overdue? notice, requesting payment immediately. This is outrageous - according to the original invoice, I still had 4 days to pay. In addition, I had assured City Lights that I would pay today. When I attempted to pay the balance, I got yet another email saying that City Lights had already processed my payment. I am beyond offended by City Lights.
