I was very satisified with the finished product. William turned a room that literally disgusted me into something that I am proud to show off. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgable concerning all aspects of the work completed. William had went through all aspects with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything was completed to perfection. And I can't forget to mention that all the while the work was being completed, he had my 5 year old son following him around and questioning everything, to which he was very patient and answered all questions, no matter how silly they were.
