See above , but I would never go back to Wells Fargo for a mortgage again. I don't know if they have cut too much of their staff and can't handle the volume, but I never got a contact from the servicing rep without at least a call and an email. In the end, the local bank was much more responsive and cheaper too!

They are very good and we would recommend them. They helped us a lot. They are very nice people. If they don't have the information, they will find out for us. If they say they will call us back, they will. They have been very good. They don't charge any more than any other banks or mortgage companies.
