Service is excellent and in general Springfield Clinic we are very happy with.  All the doctors that we have seen had been fantastic. Dr. Albracht doesn't make you like he is rushing you through the appointment. He will sit and talk and answers questions. You feel like he is paying attention to you and he is attentive to the patient he is taking care of. They are pretty prompt and the office is clean.

Great doctor, listens well, short wait time.

I have seen him for at least 14 years. He is extremely friendly, thorough, and does any test he thinks you need to. I get in fairly quick and i have never had to wait for an extended period of time. The staff is clean and nice. He is a primary care physician.

Dr. Albracht is very professional and thorough.  I have never had to wait long in the waiting room.  They are always prompt and respectful of your time while also being thorough and attentive.  I once had a billing issue and they worked very well with me to resolve it.

I would use him again.

Dr. Morton's strength is his bedside manner and his ability to focus on the patient--probably the qualities that resulted in him rating in the  Illinois Times' 2013  "Best of Springfield" list as the best medical povider in town.  He is an excellent listener and makes a systematic review of your past problems and current concerns and I never have the sense that he's watching the clock.  He's unfailingly cheerful and personable--not at all like the authoritative, impersonal doctor that we all dislike so much.  Although I haven't taken a child to see him, I can guess that he would be great with children. His staff told me that he does see a lot of kids.

He was very punctual, through, and went through health history with me during the visit.  His staff was friendly as well.  I was impressed with not having to wait, yet still being given the time and attention needed to feel as though I had a complete and through visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Brewer to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. 

The overall visit went well.  I take care of myself physically, but had questions about my mental health.  The doctor answered my question on mental well being and preferred to "prescribe" exercise/workout techniques over medication.  This worked well for me, but everyone is different.  I did not feel rushed, but I asked a lot of questions and kept a dialog going with the doctor.  I'll continue to go to this doctor.

Dr Conlon is the most caring physician I have ever dealt with.  He goes out of his way every visit to make sure we are all comfortable and all of our questions are answered.  Once while we were waiting for our turn with a piece of equipment, Dr Conlon came out into the waiting room and played on the floor with our son!  My son's condition is very rare, but Dr Conlon was able to give us a diagnosis at our first visit.  I can't rave enough about his bedside manner and knowledge in his field.   The staff at his office is also incredibly nice and accommodating.  Nurse Crystal is amazing and can do magic with scheduling to get us in whenever we need.
Dr Conlon is affiliated with Springfield Clinic, so my only low score is the billing.  I've had several issues with their coding messing up insurance reimbursement, but they always go back and fix it when I call.

As a new resident of Springfield, I needed to establish a primary care physician. Based on my wife's experience, I made an  appointment with Dr. Sapetti at the Springfield Clinic. Although this was primarily a "get acquainted" visit, I was impressed. While wait time in the clinic's main waiting room was pretty standard, once I was called everything moved along quite nicely. Dr. Sapetti's staff was courteous, friendly and efficient and the wait in exam room was very brief. When the Doctor arrived, he reviewed my records thoroughly, answered my questions, listened closely to my concerns and scheduled no unnecessary tests. At no time during the visit did I feel rushed or that I had less than his complete attention.  I left the office with a  understanding of his style and approach to medicine and believe that he has an understanding of me as a patient.
All in all, very positive experience

Dr. Savage seems to be a caring doctor. She is knowledgeable and I am satisfied with the information she provides with regards to my girls. The office environment is excellent. She is professional and communicates well. I will continue using Dr. Savage in the future.

He referred me to a specialist who resolved the condition.

AWESOME!  He put all 4 of my kids at ease right away (ages ranging from 4 mos to 5 yrs).  He made thorough examinations.  He was funny and friendly.  After my 5 yr old got 4 immunizations, he was waiting outside the door with a basket in hand ready to give her not 1, but 2 suckers plus stickers for enduring the shots.  My husband and I will be seeing him soon too.  He takes time to listen and answer and does not rush you through.  He was highly recommended to me and I too HIGHLY recommend him to others.

I see this office on a regular basis and love the service i receive.  The wait time is low and very easy to get in to see the dr or the np.

He is wonderful. He is a good listener. His whole staff is very good. They have been very prompt to return my calls. They have taken very good care of me for the past 30 years.

They call me after they get the test results so that I can react with my medication appropriately. The report is computerized so that the doctor gets it right away. I have been going to him for a very long time and I like it that he listens to you. Sometimes the punctuality is not so good because he does listen to his patients so he gets behind. I will use him again in the future.

I am very happy with Dr. Albracht.

I have had routine annual physicals and a variety of ailments and have had excellent results with all treatments at all times. One of the most important things to me was the diagnosis of severe sleep apnea, which I had no idea about, and was at risk of having a heart attack.

Overall, very good treatment and result

Excellent, he always takes his time and listens, and explains things and options.
