Great! They arrived, loaded, drove to the new house, and unloaded things into their proper places all in 4 1/2 hours.

This company is exceptional! They were very competent, friendly, efficient, and overall made the move go so smoothly...Highly recommend.

Very well, movers were prompt (actually 20 minutes early), helpful, pleasant, & worked quickly. Nothing damaged, boxes stacked conveniently in new apartment, furniture placed as directed, piano was moved with great care, we were very pleased with their work.

The owner visited our house and looked at everything we wanted to have moved. She gave us an estimate of charges and fully explained their process. This was the best move that we have ever had. The workers were responsible, very professional and nice. They got the job done efficiently and carefully.

They showed up early (before 8 am)...took care in keeping my furniture dry from the rain...loaded up quickly and unloaded even quicker. This was most important to me,as being new to Springfield and new to a job, I do not have vacation time earned yet and needed to get moved and cleaned up and to work as soon as possible that day. When I shared this concern with the guys, they told me not to worry that they would take good care of me. And that they did...I was moved, showered, and arrived in Jacksonville by 12:30. These guys rocked!! Besides being great movers, they found an earring that I had lost and returned it to me saving me a claim with the insurance company. Honest, reliable and hard workers!! Hoping that I never have to move again but if I did, I would request Fred and the Guys in a heartbeat.

While we did not hire this company for our move, they appeared from our contact to be reputable and honest. If we had been able to afford their services we would have classified them in our top two options.Other companies we contacted did not offer an onsite estimate. Others made an estimate based on a listing of items over the phone. Only this company and one other made on onsite visit and reviewed our needs and the process in person. Since I didn't actually use their services I cannot offer a full recommendation, but they seemed, based on my limited contact, to be reputable.

2 guys and a truck for $115/per hour - Don (Big Daddy) and Jeb arrived on time (even a few minutes early). They were cheerful and friendly. They were very careful with all items - treated everything as fragile. And they worked constantly and worked hard. I was surprised at how fast they moved! Whatever I wanted done, they were more than happy to do for me. They even moved heavy items that I had transported myself, to the basement where a lot of boxes were sent. I would use them again if I every have to move again!

We hired Underfanger Movers to pack and move our 3,500 square foot home to a new home about 3 hours away. The move went very smoothly. Karen, one of the owners, did the estimate and scheduling. She was very accurate in her estimate and flexible when we wanted to move up our closing dates. Pat and his crew were professional, friendly, punctual, and very hard working. They took great care in packing and moving our belongings. They were careful to protect our carpet, flooring, walls, railings, etc. at both our old and new homes. I can't say enough about how professional and patient the entire crew was. They made moving, which is always stressful and tiring, so much easier than we expected. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.
