"WOW!! Where to begin...the Satterlees (John & Susan) hired our company twice. Although collection our payment for the first round of services was a trying task we allowed this relationship again (against our better judgment) and AGAIN collections ensued...this time however we have obtained a judgment for the amount due of $1,009.12 (Sangamon Count 2014-SC-5180) of which NOTHING has been paid. So [Member Name Removed] how the h*** do you justify a "C" for price when the amount you and Mrs. Satterlee have paid is ZERO??? Notice should also be taken of [Member Name Removed] is not paying - not because of poor quality (she continued having us return to her house WITH NO CONTRACT) but rather because of her federal indictment...(Case #3:15-cr-30011-SEM-TSH) for "Fraud by Wire, Radio or Television" of which a pre-trial conference is currently scheduled for November 16,2015, in Springfield, Illinois. The [Member Name Removed] appear to have an interesting past in the legal system ranging for various collections actives, orders of protection, evictions and foreclosures and bankruptcy. Many creditors have been left holding the bag at the pleasure of the [Member Name Removed]. To complain and leave nasty reviews in such circumstances in quite appalling. I can not however say I am surprised considering the things we have seen while in their house. Anyone seeking to do business with these individuals should be warned and get cash up front - contracts seem to mean nothing to those willing to screw you over."
"so, you had a bad experience and were not charged for it. you still have the balls to leave a negative review. precious."
"a term comes to mind..."grouchy old fart" - i am however rather interested in the "...dozen liens placed against me in 5 years..." news to me skippy. as you will recall you were paid for all the items which i purchased from you - how is this any different than you selling them at your moving sale? the "friend" to which i would have taken your "artwork" was the owner of a very nice frameshop in town (conveniently left that out didn't you) and you decided to not take that offer - which would likely have cost more than what you assessed for the project. i did place a lien on the property and did get paid, with interest if i recall. hope you're enjoying your new house."
