they were supposed to be warrentied for 30 years, the roof was 3 years old when we purchased it. upon inspection and purchase of the home we were told that the roof had premature signs of aging. We were told to contact Tamko about the roof. Now 6 years later, the roof is in desperat need of replacement. We have gone through the whole song and dance with them to send in the product, see what is going on with it and to honor the replacement. The issue that they are having with us is that they are not giving us the full warenty becasue we are not the orignal home owners. We woudl have been happy with a partal warenty or at least have a rep come out and admit the issue. I just want others to be advised of the poor productss that this company has.
