I then telephoned Springfield Battery asking if they have motorcycle batteries. The woman answering the phone was extremely knowledgable about batteries, looked up the batter I needed, and told me it's in stock. I drove there after jump starting my motorcycle. After pulling into the parking area, I shut off the engine and entered the building. The charming young woman with whom I had spoken earlier remembered my call, charged my credit card the $59 + tax ($63 total), and gave me the paper work. As I returned to the parking lot, a very efficient young man had already removed the seat from my bike and was replacing the battery. Fast, friendly, and extremely reasonably-priced service was very welcome. I will use them again without any hesitation at all. What great service!
