They were here 6 weeks. They caused mold in my house so we had to gut my entire kitchen and laundry room. They called my insurance company and told them I was the one that was holding them up because I would not interrupt a day of meetings I had going on to let one of them in. They are incompetent at what they do and I should have known better but I didn't. They get a big fat "F". They started in the middle of January and ended at the end of February. The only positive about the experience were the two men that came and got the check. They should have done their job. They should have done customer follow up. They should have given me a scheduled time to come out and take a look at things. They should have put the puncture holes in the wall like they normally do so that way air gets into the wall because water is already in between the wall. That's the reason we had to tear down walls and get rid of mold. They could have been truthful when they spoke to my insurance company.
