Our basement drain had water coming up along with fine soil...no sewage, just dirt. It made about a 5 x 5ft. puddle and then drained back within a couple hours. We have two large oak trees in the front yard so we thought it might be roots (we just moved here two years ago so weren't sure if it'd been a problem before or not.) Tom was very responsive; he came out right away. He cleaned out the line in about 1 hr. 30 min...managed to drill through six trouble spots. He was professional and before he even came in the door, said that if he couldn't get the roots out that he wouldn't charge. Afterwards, he explained what we could do to prevent the problem from returning (foaming root killer down the drain every 3 mos). He also gave us a quote on installing a clean-out valve, but only after we asked. Will definitely be calling Tom again!

I called Monday morning first thing, and they were here to do the job before lunch.  They used the back door to avoid tramping through the house.  The job was completed quickly.
I paid with a check, so I don't know whether they accept credit cards.

He came over the same day he was contacted to address the problem even after normal business hours since previous jobs had him running a little behind. He kept me informed on the delay and dealt with the situation very efficiently once he arrived. He even offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. It has been several months now and everything has been running smoothly. I would certainly contact them again if the tree roots once again win.

They did an excellent job, they are very punctual and personable. They are more reasonably priced than anyone else I have had out.

He quoted the job and charged exactly what he quoted.
He showed up exactly when he said he would and had the job done in 4-5 hours.
He was careful about the landscaping and had a plumber there to fix the leak when it was uncovered.
Note this was a cold day in January.

Schnapp Sewer Inc. came out on time and ran camera into sewer and showed me the condition. They also ran a locator to find the exact location and type of pipes used. I had a plumber look over my sewer and we decided that it was not necessary to take any action at this time. The plumber suggested that I get a diagram to the sewer, type of pipes , locations and any small pipes coming into the main line for future action if necessary.
