My dog Jackson gets excellent care from the veterinarians and from the staff. The seem to really love the animals and the kennel staff make it a point to tell me how much they love it when Jackson is there. He comes home happy, well fed and watered and is not overly tired. I feel very good about taking my dog for care and boarding.

They're professional. They're pretty much average on their cost than other veterinarian in the area.

This is a very tough thing to do, but the staff at Sangamon Avenue Vet Clinic were incredibly caring and kind. They took us to an examination room with Bella, brought the paper work to us and took our payment in the room so we wouldn't have to stand in the lobby area afterwords to pay. They made us feel as good as they could about the situation. About a week later we received a manila envelope in the mail. In it was a booklet with writings about dealing with the death of a pet. On the inside cover, each staff member had taken time to write a message and sign the booklet. Also in the envelope was a small ceramic piece which contained Bella's paw print and the inscription "Bella 2010." My wife and I were very touched by this. I have never had a veterinarian treat this type of situation in such a caring way.
