Dependable & professional, knowledgeable; the only less-than-ideal issue was when waiting for parts there was quite a wait for scheduling return visits. Would have been better if they scheduled based on when part ordered is due to be delivered instead of waiting to put you on list after it's received because then you wait for about a week for open appointment

We used a general contractor for the work and they have a high quality work. They're extremely professional, very responsive and I trust their judgment. They did an excellent job and they were clean. I recommend Riding Plumbing to everyone!

They responded to my request for service within one day and scheduled service two days later. They were on site as promised and were punctual in completing the work. No additional costs from the original estimate. Don't find many companies that provide this level of service.

We were having issues and called Ridings to come out. They diagnosed the problem as a broken septic line and gave us an estimate. Some months later the problems escalated and we contacted them again. They came out once again and gave us the bad news of a disintegrating pipe. They advised us that they had other jobs ahead of us. But within two weeks they were back and had put us ahead of others due to the seriousness of the situation. They completed the job in 22 degree weather, cleaned up the whole mess, and were gone before we got home from work. These are top notch. We were totally in shock as we thought this would take multiple days. Thanks Ridings for the great work! We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
