They were very nice, they were just too high. The reason they were so high was because we had a swimming pool in the backyard and the tree was very close to the pool and he was going to have to bring in very, very heavy equipment and two crews to take it down. And we understood but we still couldn't afford him.

They were courteous and prompt. He was very punctual and very professional. He knew his stuff, we just couldn't afford him.

Showed up on time, did great job and the cleanup was EXCELLENT.

They were there and gone before I knew it. The work was professional. They cleaned up all branches, etc. Unless they go out of business I will never use anyone else.

Very pleased with services rendered. Prompt and professional. Procedure took ~2-3 hours. Tree downed without incident and carted away, stump ground. Chips left from the grinding, but I can handle that easily. Very pleased.

Came out and looked, said would call me back the next day, Never heard from them again....will not use or reccomend.

He was punctual and I was amazed at the price. It was much less than I expected. His crew and he arrived and quickly completed the job and left my trees and yard looking great! I would definately use him again.

When Mr. Richard inspected our trees to develop his proposal, he noted that two of the limbs posed a danger to my toddler's play area. Due to his workload, he estimated that he would not be able to perform the work for a couple of weeks. However he graciously reworked his schedule to trim the tree before the holiday weekend. He will be returning to finish the other tree in a couple of weeks. After the removal/trimming process, the crew cleaned the area and cut and stacked the dead wood as firewood. Mr. Richard and his crew are professionals that care about their customers. I was very pleased with my decision to select Richard's Tree Service. I will be using them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

After a storm we lost a tree downed between our place and our neighbors. We also had a dead tree on the other side of the yard. Mr. Richards removed both two days from our call. We were very pleased.

It took 2 phone calls to get Mr. Richard to come out to give us a quote, then 4 phone calls once we decided to use him to get the work done. Our neighbor told us that the only way to get him out there is to threaten to use a competitor, which is what we did on the 4th call. It worked. Once they got out there to do the work, they did a great job. The guys cut off all the limbs that were dead or needed to go, raked and swept the area after all limbs were down, and disposed of all waste. Our yard and trees looked fabulous after they left.
