We called for a repair and Zach and Matt notified us that they were on the way within an hour. They got to work quickly and were extremely polite and personable. We will definitely use them again.

We received a call back after leaving a message. The plumbers showed up on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, tested that everything was draining correctly, cleaned up and completed the job. Excellent experience. Excellent service. Very polite and professional approach. We will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

I was told all of the crew was on a dig for the city and they were having trouble with cave ins so all men were needed at the site. I had used Ray's before and was happy with quality of work and the price so I decided to wait. The owner's son came out late in the day and attempted to clear the blockage. It was much more involved than a simple clog and required much more time than anticipated. But they stuck to it and the blockage was cleared. I was happy with the results and would recommend Ray's anytime.

I was very pleased with them. The first time they came out they sent two guys and they attempted to clean the sewer just using the clean out that was in the house, and they weren't able to get it done, so they didn't charge me anything for that trip. They came back two days later with a back hoe, and dig a hole in the backyard and put in and outside clean out and everything. They gave us a 10% discount for seniors, I thought it was very fair since they didn't charge me for the first visit. The guy that came out with the back hoe was actually the owner and he very good with it, it was a hole no bigger than it had to be, and he tried not to damage the lawn anymore than needed. I was really happy with their services. Compared to my previous experience though, they were really trying to fix the problem and make sure I was satisfied.

Nice guys, a couple of good ol boys. On time but not really ready to work. Had to go back to the shop twice, once for a sewer line threaded plug and again for a working sensor reader that would tell them where and how deep the sewer was. Sensor wasn't working properly so they could only locate the stoppage, not tell me how deep it was. Camera system worked OK, weren't able to record image of sewer because the tape machine had broken long ago.

They are really good and very thorough. They are clean and have rugs down everywhere. They are very organized and professional. We got several bids and they seemed the most knowledgeable and you can tell they are used to doing more recent contemporary work so he would be able to handle the job we wanted done. Everything they have done so far has been great. When they leave, you don't even know that they were there (which is very unusual). I would recommend them. We are very happy and will have them come back to do other work as well. Their work is top notch. I don't think it could get any better. They had our bid completed within two days and have been very responsive.

They came out quickly. They actually had to make a return trip, but they did not charge us for it. We were fairly happy with them.

The workers called my home when they arrived and came in through the outside basement door, as I`d requested (we have animals I needed to put up). They brought in a large, motorized, drain snake and ran quite a bit of it through the clean-out. They pulled out a large quantity of and quot;flushableand quot; wipes, which apparently were the cause of our problem. They weren`t and quot;chattyand quot;, but willing to answer my questions and didn`t complain about me watching some of the process. I asked them to also check another drain we`d had problems with. It was clear, but they noticed part of the drain pipe coming from the ceiling was loose, tending to come apart when handled, so they replaced a connecting piece to keep it together more reliably. They did not charge me for this part at all!
I was very pleased with their work and helpfulness. The price was lower than I had feared and the problem seems to be completely resolved. I`d call them again if needed, and refer them to anyone with a similar problem.
