 + -1 moreMultiple contacts by phone and in person. Each time, I was given excuse after excuse, work delayed, phone calls not returned. A lot of hype and double speak. Untrustworthy. Lazy. Lack of knowledge. Unprofessional all the way around.
Description of Work: add memory, clean, move pictures, replace laptop power jack, set up back up software, removed virus and spyware
