It went great. We started with basement renovations due to concrete crack leakage, and went on to outdoor water damage on house exterior. Redid our deck after discovering that the repair was ready to collapse. Patton construction brought in specialty estimates - ex: concrete lifting of our patio steps - if it was not his expertise. Always people that he had worked with in the past. I am planning on using Patton Construction again this year.
Description of Work: Renovated a basement after discovering cracks in concrete walls. Also had to redo stucco exterior after water damage due to aging. Patton construction is completely trustworthy and is reasonably priced. Workers are very professional and courteous. As repairs were done we just kept on repairing miscellaneous items that I discovered while they were doing major repairs. Jim Patton - owner- was always finding ways to keep costs down for the consumer.
