Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
The project manager and the construction workers did a good job. THe wrong accent tile was originally ordered so that slowed us down. This project began in August/September of 2008. Just before Christmas, we were almost done. I completed a punch-list with the owner and paid all but $1000 that was owed. There were just a few little things to finish up. After that I never heard from them again. Didn't return calls to finish the work. Then began hearing from subcontractors that hadn't been paid. What a mess. First the phone calls and then letters from attorneys. I wound up paying a handy man to come in and finish the project. I understand that this couple declared bankruptcy and has now started a similar business under a new name. I would not recommend using this company!!! People who take your money and don't pay for the work done are not good people!
