Great-they were very professional and courteous. Service was completed in a timely way and they continued to come back and retreat until all pests were gone.

From the very beginning Page came in and explained how termites work (the back story ). he was very courtious and never once was pushy! He explained how the process went, looked throughly at all the areas of the basement and crawl space. Showed us where the evidence was, estimated how long they have been their, and checked the structure of the house. After the inspection he sat down with his ipad and explained what the estimate meant and pricing. Very good customer service and not pushy at all!
