Serviceman was very polite, punctual and informative about the carpet cleaning service he was providing.

The service was poor. The gentleman who did the work complained about the work. He did not get a lot of the spots out and encouraged me not to get the scotch guard which I found was a mistake.. I had used them in the past and was disappointed with this service.

The representative was very friendly, showed up exactly when they said he would and was very polite. He did a good job and finished in a reasonable period of time. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Nyilas to others!
