Fantastic! First off, we appreciated Lucky's advice, which saved us a lot of money. He could have just accepted the job and collected the payment, but instead he advised us about cost and value-add options. His guys were professional, did a beautiful job on both projects, always cleaned up at the end of the day, showed up when they said they would, and got through the process with minimal upset to us and our cats (important family members!). We're very happy with the results and the value that the projects add when we go on the market. BTW--the other 4 bidders never bothered to get back to us with bids or decisions not to bid.

lucky Phillips COnstruction is a very professionaland responsible contractor that prepaired our home to be sold. He is an excellent inside and ou tside painter, plasterer and stainer. I would rate him and his workers an AA+. He is just very very good.

Some of work was ok but on the much part it was bad.

"This person is a scam artist. She used the system to have work done in her mother's house in preparation for her mother's return from a nursing home knowing that her mother will never return home. She wanted more done than the grant through the city allowed and was not happy when she was denied. She is not happy because she wanted to change the wheel chair accessible shower after the fact and the city would not allow it."

I had had the roof put on 7 years ago by a different company but they didn't attach roof correctly. He fixed the roof in the back. He gave me a free estimate. He does really good work at a reasonable price.
