Kincade Tile Inc. arrived promptly to give us a free estimate on our project. The rep was here for quite awhile to inspect our bathroom and take measurements, etc. He provided us with an estimate on the spot. After having dealt with a couple other contractors (one who made us wait 8 weeks for his estimate, and the other who never got back to us with an estimate) we were delighted with the professionalism shown by Kincaid Tile.
We had to wait a few weeks before Kincaid Tile could begin our project because of their busy schedule.. When our turn arrived they showed up very early in the morning and stayed until late in the afternoon, stopping only for lunch. Those guys worked hard! And this went on every single business day for two weeks. Yes, another company may have been able to get the job done faster but the guy in charge at Kincaid Tile is an absolute perfectionist. They took their time and left no detail undone.
Also, the guys took extra precaution to make sure they didn't track in dirt or debri from outside into our home, and they cleaned up any mess left onsite at the end of each and every day.
It's been nearly two years since Kincade Tile Inc. did our bathroom and we are absolutely thrilled with the results even now. We have had NO problems. I would have written this review earlier but at that time there was no Angie's List for our area.
